Graphics kits forYamaha XMAX 125

The XMAX 125 is the maxi-scooter you buy for the city and keep for the open road. It's also the model our customers personalise most. Before choosing your kit, one question: what year is your XMAX?

XMAX 125 generations

The XMAX 125 has been around since 2006 and its bodywork has changed a lot. The early generations (2006 to 2017) went through several updates. In 2018 the 125 adopted the design of the XMAX 300 launched the year before. In 2023 Yamaha redesigned almost every panel, with an X-shaped LED headlight and a connected screen on the Tech MAX.

Our ready-to-fit XMAX 125 kits are listed for 2006-2024. Over such a long span, each design is drawn for a specific body: send a side photo and a front photo before ordering, and we'll confirm the right kit within minutes on WhatsApp.

XMAX 125, 300 or 400: same kit?

Since 2018 the XMAX 125, 300 and 400 share the same styling. That doesn't make their parts identical: the 400, for example, has a longer wheelbase and longer rear suspension than the 300. A kit is cut to the millimetre for specific panels.

Same look, parts to check

Don't order an XMAX 300 kit for your 125 thinking "it's the same". Choose the kit for your engine size, or ask us to check with a photo.

What we cover on an XMAX

  • Side panels: the big surface you see in profile. This is where the kit really changes the scooter's look.
  • Front and leg shield: the XMAX's face. On the 2023 model, the X headlight deserves to be framed, not covered.
  • Rear cowl: ideal for a colour accent or a name.
  • Front mudguard: the touch that links the design to the wheel.

The XMAX has quite a lot of textured black plastic (lower panels, inner leg shield). Vinyl won't last on it: the kits target the smooth panels.

Which style?

  • Sporty: REPLICA or VELOCITY for an XMAX that looks fast standing still.
  • Graphic: ENERGY or FLOW play on the bodywork's curves.
  • Retro: VINTAGE to stand out without overdoing it.
Daily rider

The XMAX 125 is often a daily ride, parked outside. A design that lets the original colour breathe stays good-looking longer and copes better with everyday scratches.

Fitting

Allow a few hours, in the shade, on degreased and dry plastic. Position each piece dry, then squeegee from the centre out. It's all in the fitting guide. To compare the XMAX with the TMAX, the maxi-scooter guide covers every generation.

FAQ

Will the XMAX 125 kit fit my 2023 XMAX?

The XMAX 125 was heavily redesigned in 2023. Send us a photo: if no ready-to-fit kit matches, we'll offer a custom kit designed for your version.

Will an XMAX 300 kit fit an XMAX 125?

They've shared the same styling since 2018, but a kit is cut for specific parts. Take the kit for your engine size or let us check with a photo.

How do I know which generation my XMAX 125 is?

Check the model year on your registration, then look at the front: the 2023 model has an X-shaped LED headlight. The easiest way is to send us a side and a front photo.

Can I fit a kit on an XMAX 125 without removing panels?

Yes, piece by piece, directly on the scooter. Removing helps on large parts if you know how. Fitting is also available at the Fez workshop.
