Our commitment
The motokitdeco.ma website is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, published by the W3C. This page describes what is in place, the limitations we are aware of and how to report a problem. It is based on our own review, not an external audit.
What is in place
Display settings
The display button, available on every page, lets you choose:
- a light or dark theme (your device's setting by default);
- enhanced contrast;
- larger text;
- wider line and letter spacing;
- a highly legible font;
- reduced animations;
- underlining of all links.
Your choices are saved on your device (see the privacy policy). The website also follows your system's “reduce motion” setting.
Navigation and structure
- full keyboard navigation, with a clearly visible focus and a “skip to content” link at the top of each page;
- structured headings, labelled page regions and breadcrumbs;
- form fields with explicit labels and clear error messages; tool results are announced to screen readers;
- alternative text for meaningful images, with decorative images hidden from screen readers;
- content in French, English and Arabic, with the language and reading direction (right to left for Arabic) declared on every page;
- layout adapted to small screens and to zoom up to 200%.
Audio reading of guides
Guides can be listened to using your device's speech synthesis, with adjustable speed and the option to resume where you left off.
Known limitations
- Images of ready-to-fit kits are supplied by the manufacturers: their alternative text is generic (kit and motorcycle name) and does not describe every detail of the design.
- Some presentation sheets contain text embedded in the image; the essential information (compatible motorcycles, contents, price) is always repeated as text on the kit page.
- The quality and language of the audio reading depend on the voices installed on your device.
We are gradually improving these points.
