The MT-03 is often the first real bike after a scooter, and often the same colour as your mate's. The right graphics kit gives it the attitude of a big MT. Here's how to get it right first time.

Updated 30 October 2026
The MT-03 name has been used for two bikes with nothing in common, and the current MT-03 got a new face in 2020. Before picking a design, identify your version:
| Version | Model years | How to recognise it |
|---|---|---|
| Old MT-03 | 2006 to 2014 | 660 cc single, very different look. No parts in common with today's MT-03. |
| MT-03 321 cc | 2016 to 2019 | Twin-cylinder from the YZF-R3, single central headlight. |
| Facelifted MT-03 | 2020 onwards | Twin LED eyes with a central light, wider tank covers, sharper air scoops, slimmer tail. |
Our ready-to-fit MT-03 kits are listed for 2015 to 2024, which covers the twin-cylinder MT-03 before and after the facelift. Since the tank covers and scoops changed shape in 2020, send us a side shot and a front shot on WhatsApp before you order: we'll tell you within minutes whether the kit fits your bike.
A 660 single-cylinder MT-03 (pre-2015) can't take a modern MT-03 kit. That one needs a custom-designed kit.
The MT-03 is compact: the surfaces are small, but every one of them sits at eye level. Three areas deliver most of the effect:
The sheet shown on each product page lists every part supplied. Check it: it's the only reliable way to know what will be covered.
On small panels, the trap is too much detail: from three metres away, a fine pattern turns into a smudge. Bold shapes and two or three colours at most work better.
Look at your wheel and frame colours before choosing. A blue MT-03 with blue wheels doesn't sit well with a red kit; a kit that picks up the wheel colour looks factory-fitted.
An MT-03 kit goes on without special tools: clean, degreased plastic, shade, and a little patience on the curves of the scoops. Follow our fitting guide and the checklist. In Morocco the sun is vinyl's number one enemy: the sun care guide shows you how to keep it looking sharp.
Want your name, your number, your club colours, or is your MT-03 a 660? Play with the design studio first, then go custom: we design the kit on your parts and you approve the render before cutting. To compare with the other MTs, read our Yamaha MT guide.
Our MT-03 kits are listed for 2015 to 2024, so the 2020 facelift falls within that range. Because the tank covers changed in 2020, send a side and a front photo on WhatsApp: we confirm the fit before shipping.
No. The R3 shares the MT-03's engine and frame, but it has full fairings: the parts are completely different shapes. An R3 needs a custom kit.
Allow one to two hours for a first fit, in the shade and on well-degreased plastic. The curved scoops take the most patience; a hair dryer helps the vinyl follow the curves.
Yes, as a custom job: we add your number, name or logo, and you approve the render before cutting. You can sketch your idea in the design studio.
