A delivery scooter spends its whole day on the street. It stops outside buildings, waits at lights, parks in front of shops. If nobody knows who it belongs to, that's a missed opportunity. Dressed in your company colours, every two-wheeler becomes a moving billboard in your neighbourhood, your city, your delivery zones.
Why brand your two-wheelers
- Local visibility: your vehicles go exactly where your customers are. A well-identified fleet sticks in people's minds simply by being seen.
- Professional image: a rider on a branded scooter inspires more trust than an anonymous one. For the customer opening the door, it's reassuring.
- Identification: your teams, customers and partners recognise your vehicles at a glance.
- Controlled cost: vinyl graphics go on the original panels, no paint needed. They're replaced part by part when one gets damaged.
- Resale value: at the end of a vehicle's life, vinyl graphics can be removed cleanly from original paint in good condition, whereas a branded paint job stays.
A fleet is a repeated message. A simple, highly legible design, identical on every vehicle, beats a complicated graphic nobody can read from 20 metres.
Brand consistency first
A two-wheeler is small and often moving: you have two seconds to be read. The design has to get straight to the point.
- The logo: big, high-contrast, placed where it's seen in profile (side panels) and from the front (apron or headlight cowl).
- One contact detail only: a phone number or a website or an Instagram account. Not all three.
- Your colours: match your brand guidelines exactly. An approximate company colour hurts your image more than it helps.
- Contrast: light text on dark or the reverse. Avoid thin fonts and gradients that can't be read from a distance.
- QR codes: useful on a parked vehicle (a scooter outside a shop), useless on a moving one. Test it before printing.
Files to send us
The quality of the result depends heavily on the quality of the files. Here's what to prepare:
| Item | Ideal format | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Logo | Vector: AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF | A vector logo scales without loss and can be plotter-cut. A JPG or screenshot pixelates. |
| Colours | Your brand references (Pantone, CMYK or colour codes) | To get the same shade on every vehicle and your other media. |
| Fonts | Outlined text, or font files | So a substitute font doesn't change the look of your text. |
| Text | Exact, proofread list (number, website, slogan) | A typo on 20 scooters is the same typo 20 times. |
| Vehicle photos | Left side, right side, front, rear | To draw the project on your actual models. |
No vector logo? It happens a lot. Tell us from the start: the logo will need redrawing, which takes time and must be approved by you before any production.
Several models in the fleet: staying uniform
Your fleet may mix NMAX scooters, 125s from other brands and a few motorcycles. That's normal. The principle: one reference design, adapted to each model.
- We define the reference design: logo, colours, stripes, placement of the contact detail.
- We draw it on each model in your fleet, adapting proportions to the parts (a maxi-scooter side panel isn't the size of a motorcycle side cover).
- You approve the renders for every model, side by side, to check the fleet looks consistent.
- We produce the kits model by model, with the same colour references.
For common Yamahas (NMAX, XMAX, TMAX…), our model guides help you identify generations: see TMAX, XMAX, NMAX maxi-scooters and Yamaha MT. The same vehicle generation means the same part templates: the more uniform your fleet, the simpler the production.
Damaged parts: plan for replacements
A working fleet takes knocks: falls, scrapes, parking bumps. With vinyl graphics, you don't redo the whole vehicle, you replace the damaged part.
- Think about spare parts at the quote stage: the most exposed parts (side panels, fenders, tail) deserve a few spares in advance.
- Replace the panel, then the vinyl: if a plastic part is broken, change it first, then fit the matching vinyl piece.
- Wash regularly: clean graphics last longer and look more professional. Tips are in the sun care guide.
Typical fleet project timeline
| Step | What happens | Indicative duration |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Brief | Number of vehicles, models, brand files, goals | Depends on your responsiveness |
| 2. Design | Reference design, then adaptation per model | Depends on number of models and revisions |
| 3. Approval | You approve the renders for every model | Depends on your responsiveness |
| 4. Production | Printing and plotter cutting | 5 to 10 working days (to confirm depending on fleet size) |
| 5. Fitting | At the workshop in Fez, or kits delivered for you to fit | Scheduled in batches |
Don't take your whole fleet off the road at once. Schedule fitting in batches so deliveries keep running while the first vehicles are being branded.
Vehicle advertising: what to check in Morocco
Putting your logo on your own vehicles is common practice. But before launching a fleet, two points deserve a serious check.
Local taxation
In Morocco, municipal taxes are set by Law no. 47-06 on local authority taxation. In the consolidated version published on the Ministry of Justice portal, we found no specific tax on advertising placed on a vehicle. However, municipalities can collect other locally set fees and charges, for example for advertising on public roads, and the rules vary from city to city.
We're not lawyers and we haven't been able to check every municipality's regulations. Before launching an advertising fleet, ask your municipality's tax office (or your accountant) whether a fee or permit applies to your case, especially if your vehicles carry advertising for other brands.
The highway code
Graphics must never touch what the law protects: number plates, lights, reflectors. And no design should make your scooters look like police, gendarmerie or ambulance vehicles. It's all covered in our guide motorcycle graphics and the law in Morocco.
Getting a quote
For an accurate quote, prepare: the number of vehicles per model, photos, your vector logo, your colours and an idea of what you want to highlight. A custom project ranges from 1,500 to 15,000 MAD depending on surface and complexity; for a fleet, the quote depends on the number of vehicles and models.
Send your request from the business page, or reach us directly via the contact page. You can also read how a custom project works to know what to expect.
FAQ
What logo format should I supply for fleet graphics?
A vector logo: AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF. It scales without loss and can be plotter-cut. If you only have a JPG, say so from the start: the logo will need redrawing and your approval.
Can we keep the same design across different models?
Yes. We create a reference design and adapt it to each model, adjusting proportions to the parts. You approve all the renders side by side before production.
What happens if a fleet scooter is damaged?
We replace only the damaged part: the broken panel is changed if needed, then the matching vinyl piece is fitted. Ordering a few spares at the quote stage saves time.
Do you have to pay a tax for advertising on your vehicles in Morocco?
The consolidated Law no. 47-06 on local taxation doesn't provide a specific tax on advertising placed on vehicles, but municipalities set other fees locally. Check with your municipality or accountant before launching an advertising fleet.
How long does it take to brand a fleet?
Production takes 5 to 10 working days after the renders are approved, to be confirmed depending on fleet size. Design and fitting depend on the number of models and vehicles; we schedule fitting in batches so your fleet keeps running.
