R 1200 GS, Exclusive, R 1250 GS: making sense of it
At BMW, 'Exclusive' isn't a model: it's a trim level (specific paint, metallic tank side trims), offered from the 2017 update. What matters for a kit is the bike's generation:

GS Adventure: different parts
The GS Adventure has a 30-litre tank and different side panels: a standard GS kit won't fit it. That's a custom job.
Areas to wrap on a GS
- Tank trims: the large side panels that give the GS its stance. The main area for a kit.
- Front beak: the GS signature. A colour or a stripe on it changes the whole face of the bike.
- Radiator trim and front sides: they link the beak to the tank.
- Side covers and tail: to carry the line through to the pillion seat.
Three moods for a BMW
- Motorsport: blue, red and white, the spirit of competition GSs. Very readable, very sporty.
- Expedition: sand, grey and khaki tones, plain and effective for a touring bike heading to the desert.
- Elegance: on a dark-toned Exclusive, a subtle kit that highlights the shapes without covering them.
Personalise without repainting
A GS holds its value. Vinyl that has been properly fitted and cared for can be removed cleanly: it's a way to personalise your bike without touching the original paint.

The GS trims were revised in 2017, then slightly retouched for the R 1250 GS. Send a side photo on WhatsApp: we compare it with the kit sheet and tell you whether it fits or whether you need a custom kit.
What does Exclusive mean on a BMW GS?
It's a trim, not a model: specific paint and metallic tank trims, offered on the updated R 1200 GS and on the R 1250 GS. For the kit, the bike's generation is what counts.
